Another week, another Big Brother 28 Houseguest has been evicted. Find out what went down, who won the Blockbuster, and who was sent home.
Kamu Kirk was evicted in an eight-to-one vote last week. LaTrice Verrett was left in the dark about the vote switch, which caused her to spiral.
A new HOH was crowned and allowed the nominees to explain what they said, leading to an argument. This led to alliances cracking, despite being just formed. When the HOH was forced to name a replacement nominee after one of her initial ones won the POV, tough decisions had to be made.
HOH: Dee Valladares won, making it her second HOH win. Season 18 and 19’s runner-up Paul Abrahamian returned to the house to host the Viking-themed competition. Houseguests had to walk on a thin beam and hit buttons along the way. They couldn’t fall off, and if they did, they had to start all over again. Whoever had the shortest time after everyone went won.
Timecapsule: The last ever Timecapsule happened on Sunday’s episode. Drew Campbell won the Never-Not pass, which meant he can’t be a Have-Not for the rest of the season.

Nominees: Dee nominated Taylor Brown and LaTrice because she heard they were coming for her. She also nominated her alliance member, Drew, after he was “being sketchy” about bringing her name up. Dee wanted to target Yash Patel, but she made a deal with him and used her BB Bribe power. This meant she offered Yash $5,000 not to nominate her, her fellow Survivor ally, Rick Devens, and Season 26’s Angela Murray, if she didn’t put him up. He accepted the bribe, so he wasn’t put up despite putting her up last week.
Dee allowed the nominees to speak up if they had something to say, and it turned into a whole fight. Both Taylor and LaTrice said they didn’t say to put Dee up. Drew also denied it, but LaTrice called him a liar. Taylor then blew up at him and asked him if either of the women said they wanted to put Dee up. He said yes, and Taylor asked for a when and where. Drew said she was coming out of the shower during the conversation.
Taylor and LaTrice continued to call Drew a liar. LaTrice said that she did not say to target the icons, only Devens, even though she did say that two need to go before the jury. Since Drew called out the women, this led Dee to believe him and shift her target to Taylor.
LaTrice cried to Angela, telling her she never said her name. Angela said she believed her and would use the veto on her if she won.
Power of Veto: During an ’80s-themed workout competition, LaTrice exercised her way to a win. She took herself off the block, causing Dee to nominate Mallory Aurichio. Since Dee made the deal with Yash, she couldn’t put him up. She also said she didn’t think Haley Thogmartin would put her up, so Mallory was her only option, despite being in a newly-formed alliance with her.
Blockbuster: Drew won the Blockbuster. He was the first to lock in the correct answer after matching up clues with various clips on a wall. This left Mallory and Taylor on the block.
Evicted: As Big Brother celebrated its 1,000th episode, one Houseguest didn’t make it to 1,001. Mallory was evicted in a six-to-two vote, with only Barrett Pfeiffer and Melody Morris voting to keep her. Melody was mad that Drew turned on them and gave him the cold shoulder. There were tears and tough words said.
The live feeds will be down until after Sunday’s episode, due to the new twist kicking off. Despite there being no HOH, POV, or Blockbuster this week, one Houseguest will leave the house.
