The snap revealed the “Wheel of Fortune” host’s impressively chiseled torso, as he gazed up at the sun during a break from a trail workout on his Elliptigo stand-up bike.
Seacrest also included a short clip of him from behind, gazing at the moon, as the camera zoomed in on a muscle flexing.
“This is what a day off looks like from start to finish. Go dawgs @georgiafootball,” he captioned it.
Fans were quick to comment, with many taking note of his defined pecs.
One person questioned why they were “so pointy” while another claimed they looked like “diamond cutters.”
Another cheeky netizen even joked that they could “double as a sun dial.”
Earlier this year, Seacrest’s appearance sparked concern among his followers, with many worried about his weight.
A source close to Seacrest told Page Six that he was “doing and looking fantastic” and that “any stories saying otherwise are false.”
We presume that Seacrest’s girlfriend is enjoying her boyfriend’s sculptured physique.
