About Alex Burgnon
Most of us would prefer to live a life free of emotional suffering, self-obsessed fear, conflict in our relationships, etc. I was no exception. But nobody sat me down and explained to me that the way to achieve that was to use those very experiences as vehicles to the transformation I was seeking. I had to find that out on my own.
Through my experience and my research into spiritual transformation and the mechanics of consciousness, I’ve learned to help people see and understand the structures that underpin their resistance to finding their own pathways to Self. And that’s what led me to life coaching. It is a healing modality that dovetails perfectly with my own personal insights into why we make the choices we do.
My life experience brought me to my true purpose. And that’s what I hope I am able to help you do, too.
