Why Fans Should Expect ‘Even Bigger’ Things Out of Prime Video Show

Fallout‘s production designer has some exciting Season 3 news for fans. Speaking in an exclusive interview, Howard Cummings revealed why fans must expect ‘even bigger’ things.

In an interview with Bloody Disgusting, Cummings was asked to elaborate on the upcoming season. Shedding light on the matter, the production designer noted how the cast and crew were “well-educated” about what they were working on. Thus, it was easier for Cummings to vest them with more responsibilities. Mimicking a video game world is not an easy task. And Cummings and co. had used green screen to portray Fallout’s atmosphere and vibe perfectly.

”The production designer stated, “This season is bigger, yes. But it’s funny. That doesn’t necessarily mean that I have more money because generally that’s not the way it works… I was working with a really well-educated group of people. And now l can give them even bigger tasks. We’re tackling things that we couldn’t have before. People are always going “Oh my God,” when they see these environments. It’s so much fun to come to work because it’s all just there. I’m so glad we get to continue to do all this.”

What else do we know about Fallout Season 3?

Details about Fallout Season 3 remain under wraps. The cast of the Prime Video product features Kyle MacLachlan, Walton Goggins, Ella Purnell, and Aaron Moten. Prime Video also added Aaron Paul, Manny Jacinto, Emily Mortimer, and Thomasin McKenzie.

The series is an adaptation of a video game of the same name created by Leonard Boyarsky and Tim Cain. Set in a post-apocalyptic era, some 200 years following a 2077 nuclear attack, Prime Video’s version is written by Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner. While there is nothing on the plot so far, recent leaks on Reddit allegedly claimed Fallout 3 filming at Los Angeles’ Natural History Museum. Fallout season 3 is expected to drop sometime in 2027.
