Tyriq Withers and Chase Infiniti have reportedly broken up after dating publicly for just a few months. The two became one of Hollywood’s newest young couples after being spotted together several times this year.
According to TMZ, Withers and Infiniti are no longer together, but the reason behind the split remains unknown. Neither of them has commented publicly on the report.
News of their relationship first surfaced in May. A source told PEOPLE, “Chase is having fun and dating. She’s in a really good place and enjoying herself like any young woman.” Not long after, the pair were photographed on a date in Midtown Manhattan.

Before their relationship was confirmed, fans had been following the pair’s public appearances for months. Dating rumors picked up after Kerry Washington shared a selfie with both actors at the NAACP Image Awards in February. Infiniti later laughed off questions about their dating rumour during the Oscars red carpet.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, she said, “So? The internet is the internet. I don’t know. Listen, I credit a lot of it to also — I feel like Kerry Washington has kind of pulled the two of us together in a lot of this.”
The couple continued to be seen together at major events, including the Miami Formula 1 Grand Prix, a post-Met Gala party, and the premiere of Infiniti’s Hulu series The Testaments. They also enjoyed a Broadway date in New York, where they were photographed after watching Proof.
Both stars have also been busy with their careers. Infiniti recently appeared in The Testaments, while Withers starred in Him and Reminders of Him. Their rising careers and public appearances helped make them one of Hollywood’s most talked-about young couples.
After their reported breakup, Chase Infiniti is set to star in the coming-of-age drama The Julia Set, which is set to make its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival in September 2026.
