30 years after Forest Gump, the film’s co-stars, Tom Hanks and Robin Wright, reunite with director Robert Zemeckis in new movie titled Here.
Coming to theaters on November 15th, 2024, Here tells the story of multiple families over the course of generations, with the entire film taking place in a single location — the living room of a home. Hanks and Wright are de-aged in the movie using AI technology.
Zemeckis wrote Here with Eric Roth, who together won the Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay for Forest Gump. Rounding out the film’s cast are Paul Bettany, Michelle Dockery, and Kelly Reilly, among others.
