Meghan Markle is back — on Instagram — and better than ever.
The Duchess of Sussex activated her @meghan handle on Wednesday, January 1, after several years off the platform. While Meghan, 43, was an avid social media user prior to her relationship with Prince Harry, the former Suits star deactivated her accounts one year before their 2018 wedding.
Now that she’s bringing them back, fans are hoping to get an inside look at Meghan’s life since she’s been gone. (Here’s hoping there are some #ThrowbackThursday photos in her future.)

3. More Jam — And American Riviera Orchard Details
In March 2024, Meghan announced her American Riviera Orchard brand (on Instagram) and started sending out jars of jam to all her famous friends. Please share details on creating the jam and, more importantly, when it will be available for purchase.
4. Content With the Kids
Meghan and Harry are parents to son Archie, born in May 2019, and daughter Lilibet, born in June 2021. Both kids are rarely shown publicly, but Instagram offers the perfect opportunity to fans to see how they’ve grown up over the years.
5. ‘Suits’ Throwback Photos
After Suits hit Netflix in 2023, the cast started sharing tons of behind-the-scenes photos from the show (which aired on USA Network from 2011 to 2019). Since Meghan wasn’t on Instagram at the time, she hasn’t shared any throwback photos. Here’s to hoping!
6. Behind-the-Scenes Moments From Her Netflix Show
Meghan’s set to star in the With Love, Meghan series on Netflix (premiering on January 15) and posted the trailer via Instagram.
“I have been so excited to share this with you! I hope you love the show as much as I loved making it. Wishing you all a fantastic new year!” she captioned the post. “Thanks to our amazing crew and the team @netflix. Beyond grateful for the support – and fun!”

Meghan is famously friends with Serena Williams and former Suits costar Abigail Spencer along with some other notable names. Us is hoping to see photos straight from their hang-out sessions, please.
