THE AMERICAN RELICS as heard all over the nation on iHeart radio, KISS FM and NPR Radio have pierced the veil of time with their music and song. We are living in a culture hypnotized by the illusion of time. Much of our consciousness is mesmerized by memories. THE AMERICAN RELICS have discovered the secret of sharing time with the past, present and future. Part of that secret is embedded within their two recent releases via Tribeca Records entitled “The Eyes if 1969” and “We’ve Got to Start It All Again.”
The nostalgic band are influenced by the music of the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s, however their songs still ring true and still fit in the music industry today. Everyone enjoys a great song no matter when it was written. Music is timeless. Frontman John Gitano has been writing songs, singing, and playing guitar all of his life. Along with John is guitarist Neal Lazar who prides himself on his enormous and rare guitar collection. He too has been playing most of his life. Patti Jarman on vocals and rhythm guitar can sing lead or backup at a drop of a hat. Josh Salant on the drums has an amazing and enthusiastic spirit, while Adrienne Dugger is a world renowned opera singer who has toured extensively and is now focusing her voice on rock-n-roll. Finally bassist Nelson Montana is a teacher, a multi-instrumentalist, and extraordinary on many different levels…..all illustrious musicians in their own right, and all entranced with the music of days gone by.

What one must realize is that in the amber of time the past increases and the future recedes. At the present the band bends the genres to fit their messages and keeps the music relevant enough to celebrate today….Their shining galaxy of music can be heard at Chelsea Table and Stage (152 West 26th street …inside the Hilton Hotel) on April 12, 2024 at 7:00 PM in New York City…
