It’s the first stranger meeting on Season 2 of Long Time No See: The Podcast! When comedians Maddi Mays (The Comedy Store, flare) and John Hastings (COCA Comedian of the Year) remove the blindfolds, they have to introduce themselves before diving into a series of probing, silly questions. Listen to how the conversation unfolds above or wherever you get your podcasts, or watch it all happen in the video below.

In all honesty, it’s the riffs that really shine in Episode 3 of LTNS: TP S2. Right off the bat, they crack jokes about not trusting doctors with TikToks, and a question about historical figures opening their comedy tour spirals hilariously. By the end, they’re joking about Elon Musk’s infamous and (as Hastings mocks) “embarrassing” “salute.” When Mays learns Nazis call themselves National Socialists, she jokes, “That’s like calling peanut butter a peanut puree.”
Elsewhere, they address how gross but oddly complimentary DMs — such as “I bet that thing grips like a [r-word] holding a pencil” — can be used to scale your own attractiveness, and how to confront hecklers. “Any form talking during a show, whether you’re being supportive or not, is technically heckling,” proposes Mays. And Hastings agrees: “It drives me crazy. And I don’t think that we should have to, as part of our job description, be able and have to handle it.”
