When will Conner Floyd make his debut as Chad DiMera on Days of Our Lives?

Billy Flynn left Days of Our Lives in March to join Young and the Restless, where he took over the role of Aristotle Dumas. Dumas had been teased for a long time and was established as a major character on the show before Billy Flynn joined.

But this also meant that Billy Flynn had to give up his role as Chad DiMera on Days of Our Lives. Soon after this change, Days of Our Lives managed to sign Conner Floyd for the role of Chad. Conner previously played Chance on Young and the Restless.

Conner has already begun shooting with Days of Our Lives, as revealed by an Instagram post from the show’s official account. However, he is not going to appear on DoOL anytime soon. Billy Flynn’s filmed sequences will continue to air for the upcoming months. Conner will officially take over the role in April 2026. The same post that confirmed Floyd has begun filming for Days of Our Lives also confirmed this timeline.

As per the show’s current plans, Flynn, who has shot a significant amount as Chad, will continue to play the role until January 2026. Following that, the character will be off-screen for a few months before returning in April 2026. Only this time, it will be Conner Floyd instead of Billy Flynn.
