The name of the non-binary character in Elemental is Lake Ripple.

In the books accompanying the movie, it’s explained that Lake Ripple is non-binary and uses They/Them pronouns.

Lake Ripple is the first Pixar movie character to be labeled as non-binary. In the movie, they are accompanied by their long-term girlfriend.

Lake Ripple is confirmed to be voiced by Ava Hauser, who revealed the information with a post on their Twitter account:
