Official trailer for “FLESH OF THE UNFORGIVEN” written and directed by award winning filmmaker/actor Joe Hollow (The Family Business, The Devil’s Disciples, Absentia),who also stars alongside horror icon DEBBIE ROCHON’s (Tromeo and Juliet, American Nightmare, Slime City Massacre),August Kyss (Murdercise,Murderbot), and Adriana Uchishiba (Murdercise, Only Fangs).

The synopsis: “A novelist with writer’s block, Jack Russo [Hollow], travels to a secluded cabin in the mountains of Quebec with his estranged wife Sienna [Rochon]. His aggressive and impatient agent gives him a 72-hour deadline to complete a treatment for his next best seller. As he lacks inspiration, his agent seemingly sends him a VHS tape to view, thinking this will catapult his imagination.

Jack becomes obsessed with this sick and disturbing tape, so much so that he soon gets pulled deeper and deeper into a state of phobia and hallucination until he can no longer identify reality. Sienna tries desperately to pull him back to the real world and focus on his book and their fragile marriage. But her secrets are even more life-altering than the VHS tape as she traverses the boundaries between the mortal realm and the supernatural fray amidst the twisted games played by the Death Dealer and his manipulating legion of demons.”

Hollow says – “When we wrapped, we knew we had a film that felt big; the characters are real, not stereotypes, and the horror element is shocking. At its core the film is quite disturbing and exposes the dark side of human nature. This is a story about the moment obsession tips into madness – and how quickly reality can unravel. I wanted the audience to feel what these characters felt: that slow, slippery descent where every perceived betrayal might be real and every truth might be a lie.” And at the same time opening the door to the Diary of Death series that features the Death Dealer and a world that centers itself beyond death.

Also starring are John E. McLenachan,Rachel Victoria Stone,Nurse Hatchet and the voice of Debra Lamb (Finding Nicole,The Devil’s Disciples).
