On Tuesday night, Lopez attended the premiere for her upcoming movie “Marry Me” with Ben Affleck by her side. Dressed by her stylists Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn, the actor-singer wore a playful, long-sleeved lace dress from Giambattista Valli, accessorizing with sparkly Jimmy Choo heels and a floral clutch. Affleck, on the other hand, wore a sleek black peacoat over his dark suit.
The illustrious feminine silhouette is from the fashion house’s first-ever bridal collection — a fitting choice for the movie’s romantic theme. While we’ve seen Lopez in many white gowns and bridal-inspired creations — most recently in the “Marry Me” trailer wearing a bedazzled wedding dress — with Bennifer going so strong, it’s hard not to imagine her premiere look as inspiration for future nuptials. Coincidentally, a minidress is one of 2022’s most popular bridal trends.
