TLC already released clips confirming that this season will be difficult for Meghan as she navigates the challenges of weight loss. However, it seems like there will be plenty to celebrate too. This week, Vannessa shared a clip revealing that she learned to take her health into her own hands over the past year. The journey has been long and challenging, but at the end of the day Vannessa says she feels like a beautiful butterfly.

But there were also several photos where she conveniently posed behind someone else in the photo. This led several fans to believe she lost quite a bit of weight and was keeping it hidden for the sake of the show. As it turns out, these ideas had some truth behind them.
Vannessa and her friends have been sharing teasers ahead of the Season 2 premiere. Anyone who watches the clips can immediately tell that she has made some major changes in her life.
“Finally I get to be the butterfly I always knew I was! 🦋✨” the TLC star captioned a recent Instagram video depicting scenes from Season 2. During the teaser, Vannessa describes how she really started focusing on her weight loss goals. She says she started making healthier food choices and exercising several times a week. Based on the teaser alone, fans can clearly see that Vannessa Cross has undergone a dramatic transformation.
